Nevada Bighorn Sheep 3251-268-1116
Nelson (desert) bighorn sheep in Unit 268, any legal weapon, Nov 16 – Dec 8, 2026.
New for 2025
The 2025 draw is the first on record for 3251-268-1116: Nevada Department of Wildlife did not offer this hunt code in earlier years, so the year-by-year table has one row and there is no point-creep trend to project yet. The odds shown are that one draw's actual results, not an estimate.

Points Needed to Draw
One draw on file (2025), so there is no trend to chart yet.
Bonus points (squared) — no cut to track: each point adds entries to the draw rather than a place in line.
Wait 10 years after drawing before applying again.
What It Costs · 2026 NR Fees
Closes May 13 · 207 daysThe $10 Bighorn sheep tag application fee is not refunded. The $3 Game application fee - predator control / habitat (per tag application, every species) is not refunded. As a Lower Choice
Tags issued to lower choices ÷ lower-choice applicants, as published. Nevada draws lower choices with your points too, so this is an average across everyone who listed it lower: an applicant with more points than most does better.

About These Numbers
Odds are from the 2025 draw, the latest on file, computed from Nevada Department of Wildlife's published results (monte Carlo over published bonus-point pools). They are what happened in that draw, not a forecast. Under five tags a percentage carries a *, because one applicant either way swings it. A dash means the agency did not publish the number, and a date marked expected is last cycle's schedule rolled forward. How we compute these.
