Nosler Trophy Grade 130-grain AccuBond is a bonded .260 Remington hunting load. Nosler locks the lead core of the AccuBond to its jacket and tips it with polymer. It leaves the muzzle at 2,700 fps with 2,104 ft-lbs and has a G1 BC of .488.
Zeroed at 200 yards, it drops 8.3 inches at 300 and 24.0 inches at 400, arriving with 1,172 ft-lbs. That is the slowest start and the least energy at 400 yards of the .260 Remington hunting loads compared.
If you're cross-shopping, HSM's Trophy Gold 130-grain Berger VLD is the same bullet weight 175 fps faster on a G1 BC of .562, and from a 200-yard zero it drops 20.0 inches at 400.
