Aluminum Case • TMJ • MPN: 3503
Solved from this product's advertised 900 fps, 71gr bullet and G1 BC 0.123, with the sight 0.5" over the bore at standard conditions. Compare every zero for .32 ACP.
How to read it: filled circles are the near and far zero, where the bullet's path crosses the line of sight;the triangle is the peak (max ordinate). The shaded band is the 4" vital zone, ±2" either side of the line of sight. The dashed line marks the edge of the hold-dead-on window. The chart is zoomed to where the zero matters; the tables below run to 100 yards.

Product Overview
CCI Blazer's .32 ACP load is a 71-grain total metal jacket at 900 fps and 128 ft-lbs. The TMJ bullet is fully enclosed with no exposed lead, the construction indoor ranges ask for when they restrict exposed lead. The case is aluminum, so it is not reloadable. From a 25-yard zero the bullet sits 2.4 inches low at 50 yards, still moving 847 fps with 113 ft-lbs, and 16.4 inches low at 100 yards at 800 fps and 101 ft-lbs. Close-range pocket-pistol numbers. In the reference pistol its recoil energy is the lowest in this group, tied with Federal American Eagle 71 and PMC Bronze 71.
Blazer and American Eagle 71 use the same bullet and are identical at the muzzle, at 50 yards and at 100 yards. The choice between them is case material. PMC Bronze 71 starts at the same 900 fps but sheds speed faster, trailing by 13 fps and 3 ft-lbs at 50 yards and 23 fps at 100. Winchester USA 71 is 5 fps faster at the muzzle with about 1 percent more recoil energy in the same pistol. Fiocchi Range Dynamics 73 is the only load here with a real gap: 1,000 fps and about 27 percent more recoil energy than the Blazer.
Buy Blazer TMJ for indoor range sessions with a .32 pocket pistol, or anywhere an exposed-lead rule applies. Its recoil also matches a 71-grain carry hollow point: Magtech's 71-grain JHP at 905 fps produces recoil energy within 1 percent of this load in the same pistol. If you save your brass, Federal American Eagle 71 gives you the same 900 fps, 128 ft-lbs and downrange numbers in a reloadable case. If you want more speed, Fiocchi Range Dynamics 73 leaves 100 fps faster.
- Total metal jacket with no exposed lead, the construction indoor ranges with exposed-lead restrictions ask for, in a set where PMC Bronze 71, American Eagle 71 and Winchester USA 71 are standard FMJ
- Matches American Eagle 71 at every checkpoint, 128 ft-lbs at the muzzle and 101 ft-lbs at 100 yards
- 16.4 inches of drop at 100 yards from a 25-yard zero is 0.4 inch less than PMC Bronze 71
- Aluminum case is not reloadable; American Eagle 71 delivers identical numbers in brass
- Fiocchi Range Dynamics 73 publishes 152 ft-lbs, 24 ft-lbs more at the muzzle
- 900 fps ties PMC Bronze 71 and American Eagle 71 at the bottom of the set for muzzle speed
