About This Suppressor

The Rugged Alaskan360Ti is an all-titanium multi-calibre suppressor for rifles and pistols with bullets of .360 inch or smaller. It has an MSRP of $1,826. With its titanium direct thread mount it weighs 6.6 ounces, the lightest of the multi-calibre cans on this list, and 5.6 ounces without.

Its rear threads are the industry-standard 1.375x24 pattern, so the Rugged Universal Mount, the Universal Direct Thread, the Universal Cage and other HUB mounts all fit. It is 6.9 inches long with the titanium direct thread mount and 6.6 inches without, at 1.6 inches in diameter. That mount does not come with the can, so a mount of some kind is a required extra.

If you're cross-shopping, the SilencerCo Omega 36M has an MSRP of $1,169 and reaches .338 Lapua Magnum as well, at 12.5 ounces and 1.57 inches across. The Silencer Central Banish HNT 30 Ti has an MSRP of $1,129, is titanium too, and stops at .300 Weatherby Magnum. The Alaskan360Ti costs the most of the multi-calibre cans on this list.

Strengths & Limitations

Pros

  • Titanium baffles, tube and mount, so there is no steel anywhere in the build.
  • A bead-blast finish on bare titanium, with no coating to wear through.
  • Industry-standard HUB threads, so the mount is not tied to one maker's system.

Cons

  • No mount in the box, so budget for one before it will go on a rifle.
  • The .360-inch bullet ceiling rules out the .45-calibre cartridges the big-bore cans on this list take.

Where to Buy

Online dealers ship to a licensed dealer (FFL) near you, where you fill out the background-check form. Some still process a Form 4 by default; ask if you want it registered.
