About This Firearm
The PSA Dagger Full Size S pairs a full-size polymer grip with the compact Dagger slide and a 3.9-inch barrel. It is Palmetto State Armory's answer to the Glock G45 layout: a 17-round grip for a full hand with a shorter slide that is easier to carry and holster.
The slide is stainless steel with a DLC coating and Extreme Carry Cuts, rounded front and rear edges that PSA adds to keep the slide from snagging a holster. It ships with a Magpul PMAG 17 GL9, Magpul's Glock 17 magazine, plus a PSA soft case. The Glock G45 Gen5 uses the same crossover idea with a 4.02-inch barrel, three magazines, and 1.98 oz more weight. The Taurus G3 matches its capacity, stretches to a 4.0-inch barrel and lists a 6.0 lb trigger with a manual safety. The PSA Dagger Compact is the same slide on a shorter grip.
Buy the Dagger Full Size S if you want a full-grip, 17-round Glock-pattern pistol for home defense or the range. Skip it if you want a thumb safety, which the Taurus G3 has, or Glock's duty track record and three magazines in the box, which the G45 Gen5 gives you.
