Colorado GMU 30 covers 554,933 acres and lies 12 miles north of Fruita and 54 miles north-west of Delta. 75% of it is public land, mostly BLM (74%) and state land (1%). In 2024, 994 people hunted elk here and took 250, a 25% success rate.
