Product Overview
Hornady Match 108-grain ELD Match is a polymer-tipped match 6mm ARC load made for competition. The ELD Match bullet has a heat-resistant tip and a boat tail, and at 108 grains it is the heaviest bullet the caliber is loaded with. It leaves the muzzle at 2,750 fps with 1,813 ft-lbs and a G1 BC of .536.
Zeroed at 200 yards, it drops 7.8 inches at 300 and 22.4 inches at 400. From a 100-yard zero it drops 29.8 inches at 400.
If you're cross-shopping, Hornady's BLACK 105-grain BTHP is three grains lighter at the same 2,750 fps on a G1 BC of .530 and from a 200-yard zero it drops 22.5 inches at 400. It kicks about 5 percent less in the same rifle.
