About This Firearm
The P365 TacPac bundles the most requested P365 upgrades into a single SKU. You get three 12-round magazines instead of two 10-rounders, an optic-ready slide, a manual safety, and a basic carry holster. The gun itself is identical to the standard P365: 17.8 oz, 3.1" barrel, 5.8" overall, XRAY3 day/night sights, stainless steel slide with Nitron finish.
The optic-ready slide accepts Shield RMSc footprint dots, which means the Holosun 407K/507K and Sig ROMEOZero mount directly. The manual safety sits on the left side of the frame and is not removable. Three magazines out of the box means you can carry one, keep one loaded at home, and have one for range practice without constant reloading. The included holster is functional but most owners replace it with a purpose-built IWB option after the first week.
Best For
Strengths & Limitations
- Three 12-round magazines ship in the box, giving you carry, home, and range magazines without an immediate additional purchase
- Optic-ready slide and XRAY3 night sights are included, while the base P365 lacks the optic cut entirely
- 17.8 oz and 1.06" wide with 12 rounds is the same proven P365 platform that has been on the market since 2018
- Manual safety is not removable. The frame is machined for the lever, and pulling it leaves a visible hole
- 3.1" barrel is shorter than the IWI Masada Slim's 3.2" and Kimber R7 Mako's 3.37", giving up some velocity with defensive loads

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the P365 TacPac and the standard P365?
The TacPac adds an optic-ready slide, manual safety, three 12-round magazines (vs two 10-round), and a basic holster. The gun itself is mechanically identical: same 17.8 oz weight, 3.1" barrel, 5.5 lb trigger, and XRAY3 sights. If you want optic capability and more capacity, the TacPac bundles those upgrades at a lower total cost than buying the base P365 plus aftermarket parts.
Is the included holster worth using long-term?
Most owners treat it as a temporary solution. The included holster is a basic Kydex shell that works for range trips and initial carry, but it lacks adjustable retention and ride height. Dedicated IWB holsters from Tier 1 Concealed, Tenicor, or JM Custom Kydex provide better concealment, comfort, and draw consistency. The included holster gets you started on day one while you research a permanent option.
