About This Suppressor
The SilencerCo Omega 36M is a modular multi-calibre suppressor for rifles and pistols from 5.7x28mm to .338 Lapua Magnum. It has an MSRP of $1,169. It runs 6.85 inches and 12.5 ounces long or 4.90 inches and 9.8 ounces short, in Cobalt 6, Inconel, titanium and 17-4 stainless steel.
It mounts on SilencerCo's Charlie ASR system, and also takes pistons and 3-lug adapters, so the same can goes behind a bolt rifle, an AR and a pistol. Those pistons and adapters are separate purchases, as is a second mount if you want one left on each host. Changing between the long and short builds needs nothing beyond the tools it ships with.
If you're cross-shopping, the SilencerCo Hybrid 46M has the same MSRP of $1,169 and the same 1.57-inch diameter, but it opens the bore to .45 ACP and .45-70 Government and runs 7.72 inches at 14.9 ounces. The Rugged Alaskan360Ti has an MSRP of $1,826 and is all titanium at 6.6 ounces, with a .360-inch bullet ceiling. The 36M takes .338 Lapua Magnum for less money than the titanium can.
