The B&T APC9K PRO SBR is a blowback-operated 9mm Luger short-barreled rifle built for home defense and training. B&T fits the telescoping stock at the factory, so this is the stocked version of the APC9K and not a converted pistol. Its blowback action works through a hydraulic buffer instead of a plain spring, which smooths out the way the bolt's impulse reaches the shoulder.
Backup sights come with it, along with one 30-round magazine and a cleaning kit. The stock telescopes to set length, and the handguard carries M-LOK slots for a light or a hand stop. An optic and its mount are a separate purchase.

It uses the same compact 9mm upper and the same action. This SKU leaves B&T with the telescoping stock on the back of it, while the pistol version has no stock at all.
What does hydraulic assisted blowback mean?
A plain blowback bolt is held forward by spring pressure and its own mass alone. The hydraulic unit adds fluid resistance, so the bolt is slowed across its travel instead of arriving at the back of the stroke at full speed.
