It fires a 62-grain full metal jacket bullet at 3,060 fps, with 1,289 ft-lbs of energy at the muzzle, for shooters who want to practice with a heavier bullet than the common 55-grain weight. Fire it only in rifles chambered for 5.56 NATO.
