Buy the American Whitetail if you want a traditional soft point that Hornady markets for medium and large game and your shots mostly fall inside 300 yards. Pick the Core-Lokt PSP if you want a similar soft point from Remington; it shoots almost the same path but drifts a little more. Pick the Core-Lokt Tipped if you expect longer shots in the wind. Pick Remington's Premier Swift Scirocco 150-grain, a bonded tipped bullet, if you want the most energy downrange; it carries 1,761 ft-lbs at 300 yards.
