Off Grid Suppressors Launches Five Titanium and Inconel Models

Off Grid Suppressors is launching five additively manufactured suppressors, the SCORPIUS, MERC, MENACE, MINI MENACE and AGENT INCO 9K, with MSRPs from $469.99 to $899.99, the Minnesota company said in a release carried by The Outdoor Wire.

Three of the five, the MERC, MENACE and AGENT INCO 9K, use the 1 3/8x24 HUB mount and ship with an adapter in the box. The SCORPIUS and MINI MENACE are direct-thread, 1/2x28. All five are built by direct metal laser sintering, layer by layer, which Off Grid says lets it print internal shapes and compact forms that are hard to machine. The MERC and SCORPIUS are Grade 5 titanium, and the MINI MENACE and AGENT INCO 9K are Inconel, a nickel alloy that keeps its strength at high temperature. The release does not give the MENACE’s material. Its product page says titanium.

The release says the SCORPIUS posted 115.4 dBA at the muzzle at the 2025 Thunder Beast Arms Silencer Summit, the lowest of any .22 LR suppressor tested there, and Off Grid calls it the quietest .22 suppressor in the country.

Off Grid’s product pages for the SCORPIUS, MINI MENACE, AGENT INCO 9K, MENACE and MERC give these specifications. All five come in black or FDE Cerakote with a lifetime warranty, and none comes apart for cleaning. Off Grid says to put them in an ultrasonic cleaner.

PEW Science, a private testing lab, has published a Sound Signature Review of the SCORPIUS on a Beretta 21A pistol with a 2.4-inch barrel, firing CCI Standard Velocity 40-grain .22 LR. From that single test it gave the suppressor a Suppression Rating of 82.0. The review says the SCORPIUS weighed 2.2 ounces as tested, against the 1.95 ounces on Off Grid’s page, and that the testing was funded in part by a private PEW Science project.

Off Grid said an in-depth look at each model will follow in the coming weeks. The suppressors are sold through dealers, and the PEW Science review lists Silencer Central as a seller of the SCORPIUS.
