Derya Arms Introduces the OBone, Its First Suppressor, a $199 .22 LR Can

Derya Arms has introduced the OBone, its first suppressor, a 3.99-ounce .22 LR can built at its Jacksonville, Florida, factory with a USA MSRP of $199, the company said in a launch post on its site. Derya calls it the opening product in a rimfire and centerfire line it intends to expand.

“We started with rimfire because that is the can most people will actually shoot,” Dustin Jones, Derya’s vice president, said in the post.

The OBone is full-auto rated in .22 LR and rated for semi-automatic fire in .17 HMR and .22 WMR. It adds 5.25 inches to the muzzle, measures 1.181 inches across and threads directly onto any 1/2”-28 rimfire barrel, pistol or rifle, with no minimum barrel length. Derya names its threaded TM22 Feather, Flash, Metal and Lever rifles as hosts. In what the post calls representative .22 LR testing, the OBone metered at 112 dB, a figure Derya says varies with host, barrel length, ammunition, temperature and metering method.

Eight identical 7075-T6 aluminum baffles stack in any order inside a black-anodized aluminum tube, so nothing is numbered. The serialized part is a screw-on 4140 steel mount with a black nitride finish, which keeps the threads in steel. The front cap, tube, baffle stack and mount come apart by hand with no tools, and Derya says to soak the parts and brush them with an aluminum-safe cleaner.

The product page lists the OBone as an NFA item, compliant in Maryland and not compliant in California or Massachusetts. It ships in a zippered Derya soft handgun case with an English/Spanish owner’s manual and carries Derya’s limited lifetime warranty. Derya, a Turkish maker with operations in Konya and Jacksonville, began selling to U.S. consumers in January 2025.

Derya gave no ship date. Its order page shows the $199.00 price with a “Notify when in stock” button, and the company says the OBone will be on the firing line at Guns Out Freedom Fest at Staccato Ranch in Florence, Texas, on Oct. 30 and 31.
