TMC is a fully plated bullet with no exposed lead, the construction indoor ranges with lead rules ask for. Power factor is 89. From a 25-yard zero the bullet is 2.5 inches low at 50 yards and 17.3 inches low at 100, with 824 fps left at 50, a plain reminder that .380 pistols are close-range guns.

The 95-grain brass loads all leave faster. Winchester Service Grade 95 is 65 fps quicker, Fiocchi 95 is 70 fps quicker, and Federal American Eagle 95 leads by 90 fps at 980 fps. On recoil the heavier bullet cancels most of that: in the same pistol the Signature sits within 2 percent of Winchester Service Grade 95 and about 3 percent under Fiocchi 95, with only Federal American Eagle 95 clearly above it at about 6 percent more. PMC Bronze 90 goes the other way, 71 fps faster with a lighter bullet, and produces about 8 percent less recoil energy than the Signature. Buy the Signature for indoor practice where an enclosed bullet is required and you still want recoil close to a standard 95-grain load. It also pairs with Ammo Inc Streak 100 for drills where one shooter wants a visible trace and the other does not, since the two shoot to the same numbers. A pistol that is marginal on cycling wants more speed than 890 fps, and Federal American Eagle 95 at 980 fps is the safer choice there. If the goal is to rehearse a carry round, Winchester PDX1 Defender 95 leaves 110 fps faster with 35 ft-lbs more and about 10 percent more recoil energy, so a magazine of it belongs at the end of the session.
