Fiocchi 180-grain JHP is a jacketed hollow point 10mm Auto load made for self-defense. A jacketed hollow point is a lead core in a metal jacket with an open nose, built to expand on impact. At 1,250 fps and 624 ft-lbs it is the fastest 180-grain hollow point compared apart from Hornady Custom 180-grain XTP.
Zeroed at 25 yards it drops 1.1 inches at 50, where it is still moving 1,127 fps. Estimated recoil in a compact pistol is 11.4 ft-lbs.
