Colorado GMU 62 covers 880,843 acres and lies 17 miles south-west of Delta and 43 miles south-east of Grand Junction. 70% of it is public land, mostly BLM (40%) and national forest (29%). In 2024, 1,374 people hunted deer here and took 599, a 44% success rate.
