Arizona Antelope (Pronghorn) 2014

General Pronghorn in Unit 8, rifle only, Oct 2–11, 2026. 95% public land, mostly National Forest.

New for 2026

The 2026 draw is the first on record for 2014: Arizona Game & Fish Department did not offer this hunt code in earlier years, so the year-by-year table has one row and there is no point-creep trend to project yet. The odds shown are that one draw's actual results, not an estimate.

Points Needed to Draw

One draw on file (2026), so there is no trend to chart yet.

Insufficient history (0 of 3 draws) — a creep trend needs at least three draw years with a published drew-out level.

Monte Carlo over published bonus-point pools. A dash means Arizona Game & Fish Department did not publish a count for that level. As a lower choice, 2014 drew no one in 2026, so lower-choice odds are left out.

All of Unit 8 8 7 —

Adding up Arizona Game & Fish Department's published lines for Unit 8 gives 8 hunters and 7 pronghorn taken in 2025 (sum of published weapon rows). The first rows are hunters holding this license type; the rest of the area's hunters held something else. Arizona's figures come from AZGFD's post-season hunter questionnaire - survey estimates carrying a 90% confidence interval and a return count, not a census of animals checked in. Arizona reassigns hunt numbers between years. In these years 2014 stood for another unit or weapon, so they are listed here rather than counted as this hunt's history or in its point-creep trend.

About These Numbers

Odds are from the 2026 draw, the latest on file, computed from Arizona Game & Fish Department's published results (monte Carlo over published bonus-point pools). They are what happened in that draw, not a forecast. Under five tags a percentage carries a *, because one applicant either way swings it. A dash means the agency did not publish the number, and a date marked expected is last cycle's schedule rolled forward. How we compute these.
