Zev Technologies and WRMFZY open pre-orders for the OZ DOOM XL, a long-slide 9mm race pistol with an MSRP of $2,900, on October 31 at 11 am on Zev’s product page.

The OZ DOOM XL is a two-tone version of Zev’s OZ9 V2 Elite pistol built with WRMFZY, the apparel and accessories brand. It has a Gen 2 aluminum grip anodized in FDE, a flat dark earth tan, with a magwell machined into the grip, a long slide cut with WRMFZY’s serrations, and a choice of optic cut for the Trijicon RMR or the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro. It ships in a yellow Condition One case with two Glock magazines wearing FDE DOOM Gypsy basepads. Zev’s standard OZ9 V2 Elite Hypercomp lists at $1,899.

Zev’s pages say the pre-order window stays open for two weeks and that it estimates a 14-week lead time once the window closes. The announcement carried by The Firearm Blog on October 29 closes the window on November 14 and puts deliveries at March 1, 2027. The two brands’ first OZ DOOM came out in 2023. Zev published no production count.

The grip is 7075-T6 aluminum with checkering, a larger palm swell and two tungsten weights that load from the top. Its slide is 17-4 stainless steel in black DLC, a hard carbon coating, and the match barrel is 416R stainless in the same finish. Slide springs are tuned for this configuration. The Fulcrum adjustable trigger has two set screws for pre-travel and over-travel, which Zev sets at the factory and warns against moving, since a trigger adjusted past those settings can fire with little or no force and is no longer drop safe. A DeltaPoint Pro version ships without an optic cover plate. Sales of firearms and serialized parts are final.

The co-branded parts go on sale separately the same day. A V2 long slide lists at $575 with an RMR cut, a factory channel liner and a cover plate, runs Gen 5 internals on the Gen 3 recoil system, and fits V1 and V2 OZ9c modular build kits. Its Gen 2 aluminum X grip lists at $650 in black or FDE, fits the same kits, and needs no modification to stay inside competition rules. A V2 Pro compensator lists at $125 in FDE for 1/2x28 threaded barrels, with 13 lb and 15 lb recoil springs.
