Pulsar introduced the Thermion 3 LRF thermal riflescope with a rangefinder that reads to 1,312 yards, at $6,699.97 for the XT60 and $4,699.97 for the XR60.
The Thermion is a thermal imager built to look and mount like a daytime scope. Pulsar’s release says it has zoom and focus rings, a top-mounted focus wheel and a standard 30 mm (1.18-inch) tube that takes conventional rings. It is the third generation, and it carries the tagline “Perfected.”
The previous generation’s rangefinder measured about 875 yards (800 m).
The two Thermion 3 models differ in sensor, zoom, field of view and battery, according to the product page.
