Ammo Inc's 124-grain Total Metal Coating is a fully plated 9mm range load. The plating covers the base of the bullet as well as the nose, so no lead is exposed anywhere on it. Muzzle figures are 1,017 fps and 285 ft-lbs.
Zeroed at 25 yards it is 1.7 inches low at 50, the most drop of the loads compared, and down to 954 fps there. Estimated recoil in a compact pistol is 3.8 ft-lbs, the mildest of them.
If you're cross-shopping, CCI Blazer Brass 124-grain is 73 fps faster at 1,090 fps with 327 ft-lbs. BPS 124-grain is the fast end, at 1,210 fps and 403 ft-lbs. Armscor 124-grain and PMC Bronze 124-grain fall between them at 1,092 and 1,110 fps.
