Nevada Unit 104 covers 851,115 acres and lies 51 miles north of Ely and 68 miles south-east of Elko. 99% of it is public land, mostly BLM (95%) and wildlife refuge (5%). In 2025, 2,220 people hunted mule deer here and took 775 — 35% of them killed something. The 2025 draw put up 60 nonresident tags here for 125 first-choice applicants.
