Fiocchi Training Dynamics 255-grain CMJ is a complete metal jacket .45 Colt load made for target shooting. The jacket wraps the whole bullet, base included. At 750 fps it makes 319 ft-lbs.
Zeroed at 25 yards, it is 3.5 inches low at 50. Its estimated recoil of 9.8 ft-lbs in the same revolver is about 14 percent under Ammo Inc Signature 250-grain TMC.
