Oregon Unit 69 spans 1,224,566 acres, centered 49 miles south-east of Burns. 64% of it is public land, mostly BLM (49%) and wildlife refuge (10%). In 2025, 385 people hunted deer here and took 189, a 49% success rate (sum of published hunt rows). Its most applied-for hunt, 169A, put up 290 tags (all residencies) in the 2025 draw for 173 nonresident first-choice applicants, 10 of whom drew, and the last tag went to someone with 14 points.
