What the agency says about the area
Those portions of Bottineau, Cavalier, Pierce, Rolette and Towner counties bordered on the east by ND Highway 1, on the north by Canada, and the western and southern borders are composed of ND Highway 14 where it enters Canada, south to ND Highway 5, then east to ND Highway 60, then south and east to ND Highway 17, and continuing along ND Highway 17 to ND Highway 1.
