Kansas Unit 4 covers 1,682,108 acres and lies 25 miles north of Great Bend and 35 miles east of Hays. 3% of it is public land, mostly military (3%). In 2021, hunters took 2,743 white-tailed deer here. The 2026 draw put up 442 nonresident tags here.
