Wyoming Hunt Area 33 covers 275,530 acres and lies 46 miles south of Buffalo and 56 miles north-west of Bar Nunn. 42% of it is public land, mostly BLM (33%) and state land (10%). In 2025, 469 people hunted mule deer here and took 227, a 48% success rate. Its most applied-for hunt, 33-8, put up 495 nonresident tags in the 2022 draw for 30 first-choice applicants.
