Before You Apply
One Tag Per Lifetime
Draw a tag once and you cannot apply for Oregon bighorn sheep again.
One bighorn sheep ram tag in a lifetime, triggered by obtaining the tag; California and Rocky Mountain bighorn share the one limit, ewe tags are exempt, and auction and raffle tags are outside it.
