It is a jacketed ball bullet, meant for practice rather than expanding. From a 25-yard zero it drops 1.0 inch at 50 yards and 8.1 inches at 100, and it is still carrying 1,149 fps and 463 ft-lbs at the 50-yard line.
Against the other jacketed ball loads here it sits in the middle. Magtech 158-grain FMJ Flat is 28 fps slower with 25 ft-lbs less at the muzzle.
