.338 ARC Trajectory Calculator

The .338 ARC is a subsonic cartridge designed for suppressed AR-10 platforms, pushing heavy .338 bullets below the speed of sound. With a 307-grain bullet at 1,050 fps and a 100-yard zero, expect about 33.9 inches of drop at 200 yards. The subsonic velocity limits effective range to about 150 yards, but the heavy bullet delivers substantial energy and excellent suppressor performance.

Use the calculator to match your specific load. Click "Modify Calculation" to enter your bullet weight, muzzle velocity, and ballistic coefficient. The .338 ARC runs 260 to 310 grain bullets, all loaded subsonic. Heavier bullets maximize energy while lighter options improve trajectory slightly. You can also factor in wind, shooting angle, and atmospheric conditions.
